For your information, swppp or Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan are plans used on construction sites as a plan to keep dirt and sediment out of the storm drains during rain storms. Lata, The SWPPP is the plan to place items such as silt fences and fiber rolls onto the hills with loose dirt - dirt cleared out by equipment during the construction process. When the rain comes, the loose dirt washes into the storm drains. The engineer writes into the plan where to strategically place the items needed to reduce the erosion that polutes the stormaters.
