While checking in...

so "fortunate"...and so "right on time".lol...today is the day i am returning home after more than half a year away from home. and this is what happened to me.

around 10pm...i arrived at the kl central, then after i confirmed with the officer at the counter that i can check in my luggage even though my flight is at 830 the next morning, i went straight to the check-in counter to check in.

everything was smooth, until i wan to take out my box and put on the conveyor belt for check in. the string on my trolley(for further illustration pls refer to pic below...)snapped and flung straight to my eye...then...

"bak", my right eye cannot see anything except white for the moment. my glasses broke and blood started to stream out.

at first i thought was just tears...then until the officer at the counter started to ask me nervously, "Sir, are u alright?". i said "i am fine.." but when i saw the blood on my hands, i asked for tissue...then the officer practically ran over the counter into the staff room to take some tissue. after not long, one crowd of steward and stewardess ran towards me and asked how i am doing and "escorted" me into the staff room. haha, was touched by their concern and care, i guess that's human's nature when they see a lot of blood gua...

so then i went in. they helped to clean my blood and check my eyes whether got any injury to the eyeball...thank God it was just some scratch at the area below the eyeball...

at first they wanted to call any relative in kl, but in fact i have none...lol, so they insisted me to go see the doc at the klia clinic...haha...so touched by their concern...lol...

so i went, the doc confirmed nothing serious, and gave me some antibiotics, pain killer and medicine to reduce swollen...and i really thank God i wear glasses, if not, the string would have hit straight to my eyeball, and thank God as well the broken pieces didn't piece through my eyeball...really thank God for the protection.

the stain of blood on the box...haha...still can see huh?

this is the "culprit"...the trolley with strings....the end of the string got the iron hook, that's the thing that hit my eye or glasses...

the wound...lol.my eyeball was red...haha...

what an experience huh? this year really "red"...haha...but indeed, thank God for His protection. Praise Him.Amen.

my current neighbourhood

as most of u know, i am now having my internship.

so i am staying somewhere new and different(and exciting perhaps?). here are some pics to share with you all..:)let you all have a glimpse of how's my everyday life has been. :)

early in the morning, i have to "fellowship" with this group of people before getting into the train and on the way to my office. the members change everyday though, but if i am fortunate enough, i might meet the same girls, ahem and same guys for most of the days. :)

the scenery from the train station while waiting for train...

and this, is the pathway to my current house...:)

this is the condo that i intended to stay in initially but too expensive, so have to change plan...haha...

and some residents burning away the rubbish open air...hmmm....i am not sure if the police came afterwards...
to be continued....

my office

i think i promised to upload some more photos about my working cubicle, but always forget, so i think here you are...:)

the office, central part/wing you can say, there are other parts which i not yet (or too lazy ) take the photos... the giant photocopying/printing/faxing/emailing/scanning/etc machine is on the right...(i was so surprised like a sagai from jungle when i first saw it...)

my cubicle...with my phone and computer...and a lot of files, which are as references...lol.so far not yet touch cause not yet reach that level...-.-''

another view...quite big right? yea, and this is the cubicle that my managers like to pass by or hanging around...i have no idea why, thy just like to drop by. :)

fixing the light bulb

actually, it's the fluorescence tube, hehe...i know it's a small matter, but at least i managed to fix sth...:)

today as i was going to shower, i switched on the light, then...eh, nothing geh, still dark. so the brave me climbed up and see wat's wrong. knock knock here and knock knock there, still dunno wat's the cause.

then my housemate started to come out and asked " how is it ah? can fix ka?"...then i say " i try lo..". hehe, ego peeps in...so no matter how also must get it fixed. lol..

so there i was, running in and out the bathroom, taking in the tube and starter, exhanging with the ones at the living room and kitchen. finally...

as we wish for light, so let there be light in the bath room....

yeap,i fixed it. :) so now my housemates and i can shower in bright light ad...

(actually i also dunno what's the purpose of this post...so dun ask me.)

another working day

really need to thank God for yesterday, i heard the train was spoilt yesterday morning, so a lot of people couldn't get to work on time(including me, although i was not on the train) and most of them need to take taxi to get to work, which is like so terrible considering the jam in KL.

anyway, back to today. today i went to work super early, 730 also i reached there ad. phew....so took some random pics.

sumwhere near my office, it's taken outside the train station. see the traffic, so less people, cause it's 730 am in the morning. lol...

another view, quite a peaceful feeling without all the cars(excluding the big drain as well...)

this is my breakfast, "lo bak gou". two big piece for RM1. so far is my favourite breakfast. hehe...have been eating it for 4 days continuously. that's my bad habit, if i like something then i will continuously eat it until i feel fed up. haha...which normally dun happen. lol

ah...my lunch. economic rice, i took one vege one fish, super huge portion, my frens also surprised. but guess for how much? RM 3.80! cheap right? but still not full in the end, i think i am really a big eater. cham...dunno wat's wrong with my stomach....

that's all for my day. :) thanks for dropping by. :)

Doggie Series-Di Di

hi there,

recently i have met a lot of dogs-cute one, interesting one, long one, short one, noisy one, and etc.... so i decided to blog about them. hehe...let's start a "doggie series" shall we?hehe...

first of all, let's start with the one outside my room. the not so noisy and quiet one. the chi hua hua-Di Di. it's a he, hehhee....and it's not mine, it's my housemate's.

here's the pics:

introducing Di Di.....i tried to ask, tempt, force him to look into the camera, but he still wants to pose like that. he thinks like that is cool....

here's the other snap, actually i took when the owner is not around. shhh......hehe..

Ipoh simee yong tau fu

hi there, forgot to blog about this one. hehe....it was taken long time ago, today only remember to blog about it.

it's the Simme yong tau fu and beef noodle.

the lunch for the day.

the yong tau fu...

some fried balls, "sa kok" in cantonese. tasted quite nice. should try...hahha...

some beef tendons and intestines...i think so..

the lunch was very nice, but pricy also. haha, i guess good food comes with price. hehe...next time can go again.

weekday lunch

today is tuesday, one of the normal working day. hehe...the day was ok, especially the lunch. hehe...

cause my working place near to petaling street, so my lunch mates and i will normally walk there to try out some chinese food.

then that day we discovered a market place, it's quite hidden, need to pass through some small walkways and a shopping mall then can reach. haha...lol. not much choices, but i wan to recommend the fish ball noodles and the pork ball noodles. here are the pics:

the "yong tau fu", my friend ate half way ad....=.="

then this is the fish ball noodle, super big size right? for RM4.50 only. eat until i full. today dunno why the boss very kind hearted, gave me a piece of pork ball also(their pork balls are connected).

the surrounding...quite busy with people....

another view...quite a lot of people eating there though...but a bit hot.

this is the soya bean milk shiou ting ordered(she said must say " shiou ting's soya bean", i also dunno why...)

the "zu cheong fan"..looks nice, but din try, cause was busy with my fish ball noodle.

this is shiou ting's laksa...looks soury...

the petaling street...normally we will come here walk around a bit after lunch. so i think after 8 months the stalls owner will be able to recognize us already...

lunch time also crowded with people...

"come buy come buy, very cheap and original"...

so, that's my lunch during weekday. interesting eh? tomolo or some other day we will be going for another part of the street, to explore more food. hehe...
