Missing

I am missing....

this!!

and this!

with THIS! can you see the pepper and the salt on top? how many of you actually eat like this? hehe...

yea, i am missing the M. can't find any around here....neither the companions that hang around with me until 6am in the morning! hehe...

Blades

I do not know about other guys, but for me, when I was younger, I was basically obsessed with knifes or swords. Especially after watching all those action or ancient Chinese fighting movies, I would always want to carry a knife around with me wherever I went. I was not sure why, maybe I wished to experience the hero spirit and also to help those in need. Perhaps, it was the spirit of justice in me that time.

Since then, as I grew up, I am always attracted to different types of knifes, especially Kershaw Knives. I just cannot resist the curves of the blades, and the shinny edges of the steel plates. They are just so fascinating. That is one the reasons why I would spend hours in a hardware shops selling knives. Sometimes window shopping is sufficient for me as well. However, it is not easy to withstand the stares of the bosses especially when I am not buying anything from the store. I still remember there was once the boss purposely tried to clean up the store by sweeping in order to chase me out of the store.

But the good news is, recently I have found The Blade Shop where I can view the blades for free! And most of all, I can even buy them for affordable and reasonable prices! Besides, there is no need of being afraid of the stares from the boss or scared of being chased out from the store as everything is offered online! From now on, I guess I will spend more hours on the internet rather than lingering at the stores physically anymore. I suppose that is more economical and safer? For those knives lovers like me, do visit the website today! It is just a few clicks away anyway.

Staying in Batam

A lot of people asked how does my staying place in Batam look like, well, i think let the pictures tell the story? LOL.

It's not really very grand though, just that it's very comfortable for me. hahaa....

the view from upstairs. Please ignore the bolster and pillow on the sofa, someone had been working till late last night. hahaha....

yea, one can view downstairs from the upstairs "living room".

the upstairs living room...so it is called.

my bed room...double bed for one person. hehe..

my...erm...dressing table? lol...

towards downstairs.

the dining hall...the door to the right is to the kitchen, both wet and dry kitchen, didn't manage to snap a pic of them. ahhaa...too lazy.

did i mention the house is fully air coned? :P and there's a maid washing our clothes and cleaning our room everyday. Outside the house, there are security guards taking care of us 24-7. As for work, there will be a driver driving company car to send us to and fro the yard. haha...

so, yea, kinda luxurious for me. hehe...

Online Medicine Stores

As the cyber technology improves tremendously these days, people are utilizing the internet in more areas of their lives. During one of my conversations with my friends in the work place, someone challenged who can name the most useful way of utilizing the internet. Another friend answered: “Buy medicines and health products online!” I think that’s the best answer for me so far.

For those who are computer savvy, or online shopping literate, we will know how to go online to shop for the best quality of health products or medicines for the best price. There are several online pharmacies available for example http://buycheapsoma.co or http://purchasesoma.co where you get to buy any medicine you need or want.

Nevertheless, it is always good to be aware of the allergy or medical history of yourself when purchasing the medicines online. If you are unsure, it would always be a recommended practice to consult a doctor first before start taking any medications, either prescribed or non prescribed medications. This also applies to vitamins, herbal supplements, nutrition supplements and so on. This is to prevent any allergies or any reverse effect that might be caused by the combinations of certain products. As we all know, sometimes certain medicines or health products are not meant to be taken together as it might cause overdose or complex biological reactions in the body, which is not so desirable sometimes.

Besides, it is a norm that humans tend to go for cheaper products but it is also wise to go for the cheap yet reliable and credible products instead of being blinded by the unreasonable low price of certain products. Therefore, it is better to question and research the credibility of the online pharmacy we buy our products from. Online store like http://onlinesoma.co will definitely worth a try.

Lunch at the floating restaurant

In Batam, the seafood is relatively cheaper compared to Malaysia. After the shooting the other day at the Setokok Beach, we went to a floating restaurant, which is directly above the sea water, for our seafood lunch.

some vege (KangKung) to balance the diet. hehe..

shellfish ( we didn't order this, but the waitress put it wrongly on our table, so i took a snap. hehe)

fried sotong..

crabs with black pepper (4 crabs)

bak chong (a type of fish) with sweet and sour sauce. :)

this candle is not edible...snapped it cause the fly looked so "cute" when it was on fire.

the total cost (excluding the shellfish) plus drinks (Iced Tea) is around RM60. cheap or expensive?

Soma

Nowadays, living cost has been increasing exponentially throughout the years, especially the medical fees. Either the consultant fees, or the cost of the medicines, they are getting more and more expensive.

So sometimes, most of us tend to assume the role of a doctor when comes to our own health, or the health of our family members. If we think the sickness is something not very serious, we would try to cure or treat it with some medicines that we can obtain from the nearby pharmacy for cheaper price that we can get from the private clinic.

For those who are computer savvy, or online shopping literate, we tend to go online to shop for the best quality for the best price. There are several online pharmacies available for example Buy soma online - buysomaonline.co or Order soma - ordersoma.co where you get to buy any medicine you need.

However, one needs to be cautious about own medical history and do not simply order or buy any medications that you are unsure of. It would always be a recommended practice to consult a doctor first before start taking any medications, either prescribed or non prescribed medications. This also applies to vitamins, herbal supplements, nutrition supplements and so on. This is to prevent any allergies or any reverse effect that might be caused by the combinations of certain products.

It is very much understood that human tend to go for cheaper products but it is wise to go for the cheap yet reliable and credible products instead of being blinded by the unreasonable low price of certain products. Therefore, it is better to question and research the credibility of the online pharmacy we buy our products from. Online store like Cheap soma - cheapsoma.co will definitely worth a try as they are quite reputable.

Stay healthy and wise everyone!

Mooncake from Indonesia! haha...taste ok though, not bad. hehe...

Diamonds!

At my age, most of my friends are finishing their studies and getting ready to face the working world. While most of us are settling down on new jobs and new places, plenty of my friends are getting married as well!

It is great to see your own friends getting married though, realizing the old friends that you used to play with, now are already adults and venturing into new phase in life! But that comes with responsibilities too. I still remembered clearly that one of the guy friends’ complaint to me that his future wife was demanding for a ring made of either Canary Yellow Diamonds or Cognac Diamonds as the wedding rings!

I could only smile and wished him all the best! What a great commitment! and his wife is sure a lucky girl to have a loving husband as him!

A series of events

Something I caught in the fisherman village the other day. :) hehe...

cool eh? hahaa...first time saw a fisherman throw the net from so close distance. hehe...

Old times

Ever since graduated, a lot of my friends started to reminisce about our times in the university whenever we met face to face or chat online. We talked about everything, from good to bad, from touching stories to stupid things we did. It was great recalling all these moments in life.

One particular incident that my friends kept talking about was the guys’ gatherings in one of the hostel rooms at random nights during the semester. Most of the time, they were playing the poker games and they actually enjoyed the companions and laughter. One of them even mentioned: “After this when we departed, we could meet on Online gambling site to say in touch!” What do you think?

Setokok Beach

In Batam Island, it is very rare to find a beach or place that is without being developed or polluted. There are so many industrial areas that so little places are left untouched by human beings.

So, we drove for around one hour from the Batam City Square (City centre) to reach this beautiful place called Setokok Beach.

tree brunches...

again...can see the fishermen's village behind?

i am advertising for them, Mizone drink. haha...shud ask them for some fee..hehe..

the nearby fisherman's villages.

the yellowish white sand...

found a coral!died already unfortunately...

they have this kind of small huts for people to rest by the beach!so nice...

yeap, i wonder how is it going to be like if i can snorkel there?

one thing i realise after visiting the beach....i think i am not so much of a beach person, am i? hmmm...the sceneries are nice, but maybe nothing much i can do there. should try some snorkeling or fishing. haha...

Barelang Bridge, Batam

It was a long weekend, and while I was idling at home, suddenly my colleague suggested to go for photoshooting with him and his friend. I agreed without second thought and here we go! By the way, as some of you might not know, I am now in Indonesia, for job. :) hehe...

We intended to go to a place called Setokok and we passed by the famous bridge in Batam, Barelang Bridge. This bridge is divided into 6 bridges and it connects the Riau Islands! The structure was pretty awesome! :)

the bridge as we passed by. Photo Credit to Ario Irawan. :)

another view.

feels like spider web, no?

the view from the bridge.

i like this one alot. the structure on the top left is the fisherman house on the water.

and that's me, slim down, no? :D

hehe...

Gold conversation

Yesterday night, one of the managers in the company invited me and my colleague over to his place for open house dinner. After the dinner, the guys were chilling out at the front yard and we were talking about properties and also some investment.

One of the colleagues mentioned “It is very rare to find anyone that is without debt nowadays.” I find it quite true. Soon we dwelt into financial freedom topic and price of gold came into the conversations. I was not unsure of the gold prices but most of them do, and the manager quoted the gold price immediately when I asked about the price in Malaysia nowadays.

It seemed to me that there were a lot of benefits of investing in gold spot. One of the very strong reasons was gold prices did not fluctuate much over the years and had been increasing consistently. Besides, the information regarding the investment was very precise and easy to access, if one wished to spot gold, he or she can always log on to the bank websites to check out the prices instantly. Moreover, one can do the transaction online for some banks. All the best in achieving financial freedom everyone!

Yue Xiu Park in GuangZhou

If you take the Metro to "Yue Xiu Gong Yuan" station, you will reach a park called Yue Xiu. LOL. I know it's lame, but that's the smart move that the China government took to enable the tourists to find the famous tourist spots easily. :)

Yue Xiu is a very huge natural park. You can find lake, river, mountains and buildings inside the park. Normally you need to pay around 5 yuan to enter the park, but when we went that time, the entrance was free! haha...but it's good to pay the 5 yuan, as a token for the government to preserve the nature! :D

Yue Xiu mountain.

One of the pathways leading to the mountain.

another one, this one is walking towards the mountain where the rams are.

Zhen Hai Tower

one of the lakes. :D

the words literally mean "Heaven". LOL. it's actually the staircase towards the top of the hill.

the staircase towards the top

the famous 5 rams statue, carved from stones by different artists. see here for another pic. :D

yeap, the handsome guy and the beautiful entrance to one of the hills(the 5 rams hill) in Yue Xiu Park.

The park is a nice place to empty our minds and enjoy the nature. the air is very fresh as well, that's why we saw a lot of people exercising there. Maybe Malaysia should have more places like this around the countries? :D

With that, i end my China posts! hehe...overall, it was an awesome trip with family. Maybe next time I will go again, this time backpacking! hehe...anyone wants to join? :D
