Looking for shoes?

Recently, I have been looking for a pair of running shoes to buy as my old pair of shoes is wearing out. However, my internship is keeping me busy and I have presentation and reports to finish up. So, shopping at the shopping malls is not really something I wish to do. But, at the same time I need to take care of my weight as well.

As I am struggling through my dilemma, I come across this online shopping website that sells running shoes which practically solves my problem! I just need to go online and shop for my running shoes! It’s so convenient.

The thing I like about this website is they actually teach the consumers on the methods of choosing the right shoes for the right feet. Before reading the article, I did not even know there are three types of foot and there are so many types of shoes just for running shoes category alone! It’s so amazing.

Besides running shoes, the online shop actually sells rain boots as well! I think I should get one of those since Kuala Lumpur has been raining quite frequent recently. Maybe I can get an umbrella and a rain coat from there as well.

There’s good news for those who are getting married, they sell wedding shoes as well! Amazingly, they even sell wedding gowns, wedding gloves, bridal headpieces and other wedding necessities!

The website is so awesome with all the things they sell! Do have a look today and you will be satisfied!

Labby's story

Labby is a cute dog. She is friendly too. :) here's some stories about her.

she is healthy and strong, and will only quiet down where there's food or someone is holding her( i mean her master, Aunty Claire holding her..). :)

if not, she will jump or rush or watever u call it to anyone she sees, including the poor guy holding the camera trying to capture her pictures, no exeptions. :P

owh, then how did i get this picture then? why she sat so still?

the reason being she is outside the gate. :)

she will try to get in the house, trying to get near the person on the other side of the gate, especially the one that's holding the camera now...she will send the friendly signal at first....

then she will sit down obediently, so cute right?

but after a while, she...erm...:P

after that she slip her head through the holes and seems like begging to come in.

look at her eyes, they can melt a person's heart literally...

and look at that, the lonely look...

who would resist her right? :)
super duber cute dog, aint she? :D

Accor Hotels City Super Sale

It has been a while since I last went for a vacation with my family. Since I am now in Kuala Lumpur, my family plans to visit me and stay few nights in the city. Therefore, I will need to find a good hotel with affordable price to accommodate my family.

It was such a blessing to have come across this promotion of Accor Hotels City Super Sale that I am able to find a hotel that is affordable for my family.

During this Accor’s new “City Super Sale” period, hotel rates in 27 cities across 10 countries in Asia Pacific are being reduced. Hence, travelers will be able save up to 60% when they book on-line between 23 - 29 June, for stays between July 10 and September 30, 2009. Over 250,000 room nights will be on sale, with rates starting as low as US$25 per night. The 27 cities include Bangkok, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Jakarta, Hanoi, Manila, Mumbai, Sydney and Auckland.

There are different rates apply for Accor's various brands, with Sofitel, Pullman, Grand Mercure, Novotel, Mercure, All Seasons and Ibis hotels participating in this big sale. The hotels are providing a vast range of affordable options during the 2.5 months. With this, the Accor 'City Super Sale' actually coincides with record-low air fares across the Asia Pacific region, allowing travelers to enjoy some of the world's most exciting cities at bargain rates.

The hotel I am going to choose is the Novotel Kuala Lumpur City Centre where the hotel is located at the middle of the Kuala Lumpur city and it is accessible to most of the public transports. This makes our traveling around more convenient and economical. When my family is in the city, I will bring them around the city centre area and go to places like PETRONAS Twin Towers, KLCC Aquaria, Aquazone Fish Therapy Centre, Bintang Walk, Pavilion, Jalan Alor, Mid Valley, Petaling Street, Sunway Pyramid, Sunway Lagoon and etc.

After checking in the hotel room in the late morning, I will bring them to the PETRONAS Twin Towers and also the KLCC Aquaria following by the Fish Therapy Centre whereby my family will be able to enjoy some fish spa. For dinner, we will be going to the Petaling Street to savor some Chinese food and to do some shopping for the souvenirs at the market there.

For the second day, we will be going to the Sunway Lagoon for the theme park. After that we shall pay a visit to the Sunway Pyramid to see the building as well as to do some shopping in the shopping mall. If there is some time, we will be doing some ice skating in the Sunway Pyramid. At night, the Jalan Alor along the Bintang Walk near Bukit Bintang area will be our destination for dinner. After dinner, we will be taking a walk along the Bintang Walk to see some of the street performance and experience the night life in the city. While on the way, perhaps we can visit the Pavilion shopping mall as well.

So, that will be my rough plan for my family when they are visiting Kuala Lumpur City soon. For now, I shall go and book the hotel rooms for my family while the sale is still on! For those who are interested, do plan your vacations early and book the hotel room as soon as possible as the sale is for a limited time only!

Happy Holidays!

fruitful weekend-bukit bintang

last weekend was the busiest and one of the most fruitful weekends i ever had, hehe...my family came and really had a great time with them.

on friday, in order to survey the hotel price for them, i went to bukit bintang area with Aaron to check out and at the same time, capture some pics. guess wat we found?

some reception event, looks quite grand in the Pavilion.

outside Pavilion, the pathway.

another view beside the Pavilion.

Bukit Bintang, Bintang Walk

owh, we saw the Silver Man again.

and this time, his brother, the Gold Man. :D

After finished surveying for the hotels, since the night was still young, we decided to go for some "refreshments" at secret recipe.
caramel cheese cake.

black pepper lamb pie.

one special thing is, someone is obviously in depression after eating, because he ate too much and he needs to jog few more extra rounds to lose all the weight gained. :P
