Currently UTP has been closed down for a week due to the effort to curb the widespread of H1N1 virus. So far, according to the guards and the personnel, there are 5 confirmed cases in UTP and over 80 suspected cases.
Therefore, the campus is closed down and people without symptoms are encouraged to leave the campus for a week. The management said there will be disinfection activities going on in the campus during the week.
Well, one week off during the starting of the semester is not really a good news for the students. There are so many things to be done yet cannot be done due to the close down, the Final Year Projects, the ETP projects, the classes, timetable and so on.
But then, i think it's a good thing also that i can take the chance to do some things that i did not have the opportunity to do during the holidays. :) Now i just pray that the middle sem break will not be compensated or the semester will not be extended or postponed due to the H1N1 virus. :) God bless!

wah.. take it as a holiday.. but take precaution too, Gab.. now everywhere.. avoid crowdy places.. u can come to ipoh to stay with us if u want... no problem.. can help me too.. right?
