An old house

Hi there, sorry people, it has been a while since I last updated, was really busy and tied up with my Final Year Project and also upcoming test. But still, i find time to update! hehe...

It is still Chinese New Year, and yea, just wish to share some experience when I went back home for the celebration.

This year, i went back to visit my mother's old house. Yea, in case you din know, i grew up by the river last time when i was very very young ( less than 5 years old that time).

Took some pictures, just to share with you all. :) hehe...

the wooden old house, the place i grew up as a Kampung boy, or river boy...hehe....

this is the long infamous wooden bridge that connects the river deep into the jungle. :D

the river view...see the colour of the river? :) It's the Baram River.

another view of the river, note the colour of the river, hehe...it's getting darker due to the landslide of the riverbanks.

anyone has any idea what is this? hehe... it's the floating toilet. :) interesting? hehe...

haha....glad the house is still there. but dunno when will be the next time i ever see it again. :) hope it is still there the next time i go back . hehe...

Ah! The floating toilet! We had those when we were young... Everything dropped into the water and the huge fish would come for the party! And we would catch them and have them for dinner! Hahahahaha!!!!

Wow... floating toilet.. I would be really afraid to go in it... I have gotten used to cuity life.. I think I might freak out if I were to be put in a kampung style place with such toilets!

Well, I never did grow up in Kampung anyway hehe... So are you a good swimmer? :P
